RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

**WE HAVE JUST RECENTLY CHANGED OUR REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY!**
(EFFECTIVE AS OF APRIL 27TH 2017)
 
Due to the customers tampering with items and returning them, we now do NOT accept any returns on ANY of our items. This is an agreement when purchasing from THE NEUTRAL PIECE.
All orders placed before the April 27th 2017, may still be returned or exchanged due to purchasing before the policy changed with our old 14 day return policy.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges for an item can be made within 14 days of receiving the item! Exchanges can be made for a different size or another item of equal or lesser value! Please e-mail us for the exchanges address.
FAULTY ITEMS
   Please note that items that are damaged as a result from wear and tear will not be considered faulty.
     
If you receive a faulty good, please email theneutralpiece@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once the faulty item is returned, you will receive the same item (if still in stock) or an item of equal or lesser value.
Please note that it is the customers responsibility to get your item safely returned to us. Therefore, we recommend that you send your return via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery to make sure it is returned to us safely and on time. Please keep hold of your proof of postage. You will not be refunded for returned shipping costs.THE NEUTRAL PIECE will not be responsible for any loss or damage for the parcel whilst in transit.

COLOURS
We made every effort possible to accurately display the colours of our products that appear on theneutralpiece.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
